Salary: $130,000 – $160,000/year, DOESchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn P&L management and financial reportingDevelop and maintain rolling forecastsLead budgeting processesOversee cash managementManage inventory tracking and controlsPartner closely with the sales team to support business decisionsSupport financial aspects of government contracts
Qualifications7–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experienceExperience xzbcwsv with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP) strongly preferredBackground in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors preferred (chemicals, oil and gas, or mining a plus)Strong communication skills and willingness to interact directly with customersComfortable in a growing, evolving company environmentWillingness to travel occasionally
