Job Title : Engagement Manager Key Skills : Service Now Implementations, Engagement Experience : 5-7 Years Location : GNoida, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru We at Coforge are looking for Service Now Engagement Managers with Following skill set. Key Responsibilities 10 years of overall IT industry experience. 5 years managing enterprise application, cloud, or ServiceNow engagements. Proven experience leading medium-to-large ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagements. Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams. Strong understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management. Good Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. ServiceNow CSA certification desirable. ServiceNow CIS certifications are an added advantage.
