Job description:OVERVIEWJob Center is seeking a dedicated Bilingual On-Site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team members at warehouse facility. Located in the Charlestown area. $52,000-57,000 per year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, attendance, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to warehouse job duties, shipping and receiving, picking/packing, and materials handling.

SCHEDULE:8am - 5pm M-F with flexibility to assist with evening & weekend orientations during peak volumesExample being occasional orientations at 6pm or 10pm and occasionally Saturday at 8am
RESPONSIBILITIES ON-SITE WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORSupervise daily operations within the temp labor employees to ensure efficiency and productivity.Work on warehouse floor to interact with employees and client supervisors and leadership team.Coordinate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.Complete attendance duties daily by filling out attendance report and following up on "no shows".Check in new associates on 1st day of starts.
REQUIRED SKILLS OF ON-SITE WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:Proven experience in warehouse leadership or related field.Bilingual in Spanish/EnglishExperience in materials handling, ensuring proper storage and organization of products.Proficient in using e-commerce systems for order processing is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Detail Oriented and ability to resolve conflicts is necessary. xzbcwsv Join our team as a Bilingual On- Site Supervisor where you can contribute to our success while developing your career in a dynamic environment!
