Registered Dietitian

Life Care Centers is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide patient-first nutrition care in our senior living and rehabilitation setting. In this on-site role, you’ll complete comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, chronic disease management, and quality of life. You will guide menu planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide education to residents, families, and staff.
