Job Summary: - Working knowledge in Accounting, Finance and taxation compliances.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

GST Compliances:

Preparation & filing of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3 B

Preparation & filing of GSTR 9 and GSTR 9 C

Reconciliation of tax mismatches under GST returns

Reconciliation of GSTR-2 A/2 B with Books of Accounts.

Payment Compliance for GST, TDS & Advance Tax

Income Tax Compliances:

Payment Compliance for TDS & Advance Tax

Handling TDS Compliances & Returns

Compliances relating to computation of TDS liability, filing & revisions of TDS returns.

Accounting

Maintaining and Closing of books of accounts as per Indian GAAP

Entries booking & Review of all day-to-day financial transactions in the books of accounts (Tally and SAP)

Expenses and incomes.

Month-End Activities & Quarter-End Activities.

Annual Activities: Year-end books closure, Audit closure, Annual return filings.

AR & AP reconciliation

Bank Reconciliation & preparation of Bank on daily basis.

Prepare monthly Dues/payable reconciliation analysis like Sundry Creditors/Debtors and wages & salaries.

Completion & review of month-end closing activity and MIS report as per closing period scheduled time.

Preparation of E-invoice & E-way bills.
