Vice President/Business Head - Thermal Power

We are partnering with a leading environmental infrastructure and renewable energy organization to identify a Business Head – Waste-to-Energy (WTE) who will lead the strategic growth and operations of its WTE business. This is a P&L leadership role responsible for driving business expansion, project development, plant operations, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of Waste-to-Energy assets. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall WTE business with end-to-end ownership of strategy, operations, growth, and profitability. Drive P&L, EBITDA, operational performance, and business expansion. Lead the development, commissioning, and operation of Waste-to-Energy projects. Drive Plant Load Factor (PLF), generation efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence
