Senior Business Development Executive

Experience: 5 Years Industry: Software Products / ERP Solutions / AI Solutions Work Mode: Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) with a proven track record in selling software products and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Client Identification & Research: Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and market intelligence. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-ups. Lead Generation & Sales Closure: Generate qualified leads, conduct product presentations, prepare customized proposals, negotiate with clients, close deals successfully, and consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals and regularly report on sales performance and pipeline status. Required Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in software/ERP/ AI solutions) Strong research, communication, and CRM management skills Proven ability in lead generation and sales conversion Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Good understanding of ERP systems and enterprise software solutions Nice to Have Immediate joiners are preferred Candidates based in Kerala are preferred. Experience working in a startup environment Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles Strong networking and client acquisition skills
