Marine ticketing - night shift

What you will do ?
Book, reissue, cancel, and refund domestic and international airline tickets.
Coordinate crew travel arrangements and ensure timely ticket issuance.
Manage flight reservations, fare calculations, and itinerary planning.
Handle schedule changes, flight disruptions, and emergency travel requirements.
Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and marine travel requirements.
Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
What we want ?
HSC/Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations.
Experience in the Marine/Shipping industry preferred.
Good knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Strong understanding of international fare rules and ticketing procedures.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Location - Fort, Mumbai
Shift Timings -
Day Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Weekly Off -
2 weekly offs per week
