To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior GTM Recruiter will build and execute recruiting strategies for Go-To-Market functions, managing the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance while enhancing hiring practices and processes. Key Responsibilities Build and own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM functions aligned with company growth goals Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for high-impact roles Develop scalable hiring processes and serve as a trusted advisor on talent strategy to cross-functional leaders Required Qualifications 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Go-To-Market functions Proven track record of building or scaling recruiting functions in fast-paced environments Experience creating structured recruiting practices and driving change in hiring processes Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise leaders at all levels Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system (ATS)
