Psychiatric Charge Nurse

Ogden Regional Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our psychiatric unit. In this role, you will coordinate daily nursing operations, support safe, trauma-informed care, and serve as a clinical resource to staff. Responsibilities include overseeing assessments, medications, and documentation; collaborating with psychiatrists and the interdisciplinary team; and helping lead safety and quality initiatives. You will mentor nurses, support scheduling and staffing, and champion our patient-first, team-oriented culture focused on compassion, learning, and excellence in behavioral health care for our community.
