The Dorne Region is hiring a Benefits Enrollment Associate for its Coral Gables office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity built around real client conversations and a clear process you can learn and improve over time.
You will work with individuals who are exploring health coverage and life benefit options, guide them through what is available, and help them move toward a clear next step. Your ability to communicate, stay organized, and follow through consistently will define your results.
