Freelance Saviynt Engineer

We are looking for a Freelance Saviynt Engineer to join the Identity and Access Management team. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA , along with integrations across Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, One Identity and other enterprise applications.

This role is ideal for professionals currently working in a 100% REMOTE setup and looking to take up a long-term freelance or part-time engagement alongside their primary role with competitive compensation and meaningful additional income.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Build and maintain Access Request and User Access Management workflows in Saviynt.
• Develop and maintain connectors/integrations with various applications and endpoints.
• Automate IAM processes using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or other scripting languages .
• Integrate and manage identities across Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID .
• Support user lifecycle management, provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and access reviews.
• Configure and support User Access Certifications through IAM platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
• Work with DevOps/engineering teams to integrate IAM capabilities into enterprise solutions.
• Perform IAM platform maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational support.
• Create technical documentation, process documents, standards, and environment diagrams.
• Support IAM audits and provide required documentation/evidence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement IAM roadmaps and improvements.
• Work within Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery environments.
• Provide production/on-call support when required.
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams across different time zones.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of IAM/IGA experience
• Hands-on Saviynt IGA experience
• IAM automation and solution engineering
• Scripting: Python / PowerShell / JavaScript or similar
• Active Directory
• Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• User Access Management
• Access Request and Approval workflows
• IAM connectors and application integrations
• User Access Certification / Access Reviews
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management
• Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

Engagement Details

• Commitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverables

• Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

• Work Model: 100% remote engagement from our side
