Our client Textile City is hiring a International Sales Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive international growth.
• Lead and manage a team of international sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across various regions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in international markets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that enhance sales performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities tailored to international markets.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales processes, providing feedback and solutions for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales management role within an international setting.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and international business practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share in diverse markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
• 6–10 years of experience in international sales, with a minimum of four years in a managerial capacity.
