We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Technical Design professional with one of our reputed clients based in Bangalore (Electronic City / Whitefield).

Location: Bangalore (Electronic City / Whitefield)

Shift: Night Shift – US Client

Timings: 5:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Work Model: Work From Office (Mon–Fri | Weekend Off)

Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility Provided

Project Duration: 12 Months (Note: Based on business requirements and performance, the project may get extended or converted into a full-time opportunity.)

Experience Required: 3–5+ Years Relevant Experience

Key Skills Required:

• Instructional Design & Learning Development

• LMS Administration (Preferably Cornerstone)

• Articulate 360 / Adobe Captivate

• Synthesia or AI-based Video Learning Tools

• Technical Training / Technical Learning Environment Exposure

• Learning Content Development & Assessments

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Learning Technical Design professional responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical learning programs and learner-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical learning modules, assessments, learning aids, and structured learning paths

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to create engaging technical learning experiences

• Create storyboards, microlearning modules, video scripts, and scenario-based learning content

• Develop instructional materials including job aids, technical documentation, and training plans

• Manage and administer LMS platforms, preferably Cornerstone

• Create AI/video-based learning content using Synthesia or similar tools

• Build interactive learning content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent platforms

• Track learner engagement metrics and support reporting/dashboard activities

• Collaborate with global L& D teams to improve learning standards and delivery

Preferred Background:

• Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies

• Hands-on experience with LMS administration and e-learning platforms

• Exposure to technical learning environments such as Cloud, AI, Software Engineering, or Technical Training

• Experience working with global/cross-regional teams is an added advantage
