Job Title: US Property Market Executive

Location: Gurugram

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Night Shift | Monday to Friday

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking professional to join our team and work on a US-based property market process.

Candidates with prior experience in the US real estate/property market will be highly preferred. However, candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day activities related to the US property market. Communicate professionally with US-based clients/customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Understand and manage property-related information and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly updated. Follow company processes and quality standards. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance. Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Comfortable communicating with US-based clients/customers. Willingness to work in the US night shift . Comfortable working Monday to Friday . Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/basic software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the US property/real estate market will be a strong advantage. Experience in US-based BPO, customer service, calling, or back-office processes will be an added advantage. Experienced candidates will be preferred, but freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply .

Salary & Benefits
