Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer - In-House Design Role | Commercial Real Estate Environment

About the OpportunityWork for a private company that owns and cares for many commercial propertiesBe part of an in-house design team that improves outdoor spaces and buildingsHelp make properties look better, work better, and feel more welcomingWork closely with company leaders and outside design partnersFocus on real, hands-on design that people will use every day
Key ResponsibilitiesHelp design outdoor areas, sidewalks, plazas, and shared spacesCreate ideas that make sites more attractive and easy to useWork with outside designers to keep projects on trackHelp plan signs, wayfinding, and visual style across propertiesVisit sites to review conditions and suggest improvementsCreate sketches, drawings, and renderings for projectsPrepare design layouts for tenants and property teamsWork with construction and leasing teams from start to finish
Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Landscape Architecture or similar fieldAbout 5+ years of design experienceKnowledge of plants, hardscape, and site materialsExperience with AutoCAD or similar design softwareAbility to share ideas clearly through drawings and visualsCreative problem solver who thinks about real-world needsComfortable visiting job sites and working in the fieldValid driver’s license and local travelRegular time on site is required
