HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – USA MARKET

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery .

Qualification: PGDM / MMS / MBA

Travel: Extensive international travel

We are looking for a BDM with strong experience in the diamonds & jewellery industry to drive B2B business in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow B2B clients in the US.
• Manage existing accounts and drive client share.
• Handle hunting & farming of key accounts.
• Support product development and merchandising.
• Track US market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
• Lead client negotiations and ensure strong customer relationships.
• Travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.

Key Requirements

• 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery .
• Strong product and merchandising knowledge.
• Proven hunting and farming experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid US B1 Visa is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
