Position: Loss Prevention Business Partner Location: New York Department: Loss Prevention Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Opportunity Overview POP MART is seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Business Partner to join our team in the New York area. In this role, you'll help protect our retail spaces, merchandise, and team members by monitoring store activity, investigating incidents, and promoting a safe and secure environment. As part of a global leader in trend culture and entertainment, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver joy and creativity through our iconic art toy IPs. Working location will be out of our various retail locations in the Northeast territory (New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, etc.) How You’ll Make an Impact: * Proactively monitor store activity and surveillance systems to identify suspicious behavior, mitigate risk, and protect company assets. * Analyze performance metrics, reporting, and shortage trends to identify opportunities and implement strategies that reduce operational loss. * Partner with store and district leadership to achieve shortage reduction goals and strengthen operational performance. * Conduct Loss Prevention audits to evaluate compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support operational excellence. * Coach and influence store leaders and associates on Loss Prevention best practices, safety standards, and policy compliance. * Foster a culture of Loss Prevention by promoting awareness initiatives and ensuring associates have access to effective training and educational resources. * Conduct investigations, maintain accurate case documentation, and prepare timely reports to support resolution and compliance. * Promote a safe and secure environment by reinforcing safety, security, and operational policies while responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies. * Support inventory preparation and quarterly inventory count to help ensure accurate reporting and effective inventory control. * Build collaborative partnerships across stores and district teams to drive continuous improvement, minimize loss, and enhance customer and associate experience. What You Will Need: * 3–5 years of experience in retail, security, or a related field; LP experience preferred.

- Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
