We're looking for a passionate and experienced Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Solar & Battery Sales Consultant, you will help customers choose the right energy solution for their home. You will understand their requirements, explain available rebate programs, recommend suitable products, book customer assessments, and guide customers through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their energy needs.
• Recommend suitable Solar PV and Battery solutions.
• Explain available government rebate programs.
• Build trust through a professional and consultative sales approach.
• Book customer assessments.
• Follow up customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
• Work closely with the Australian operations team.
• Consistently achieve monthly assessment booking and sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar or Battery sales.
• Experience selling Solar or Battery solutions in Australia or other international markets is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
