Structural design engineer

Structural Design Engineer – Steel Structures
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B. E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering; M. Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and analyze steel structures, PEB structures, industrial sheds, pipe racks, platforms, and RCC structures.
Prepare structural models, analysis and design calculations using STAAD. Pro.
Perform wind, seismic and other load calculations as per applicable codes.
Design steel members, connections, beams, columns, footings, machine foundations and retaining walls.
Prepare and review structural drawings and calculation reports.
Coordinate with drafting and other engineering teams for project execution.
Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes and project specifications.
Required Skills :
Strong experience in Steel & PEB Structural Design.
Hands-on experience in STAAD. Pro; knowledge of ETABS is an advantage.
Good knowledge of IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 456 and IS 2974.
Experience in steel connection design and structural detailing.
Good analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of Auto CAD / Revit will be an added advantage.
