Maintenance Worker III- Journeyman

Overview Lovelace Biomedical Research Institute is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker III to join the Institute's Facilities Team. Under direct supervision, the Maintenance Worker III will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing central plant equipment. This includes heating hot water boilers, steam boilers, centrifugal chillers, air compressors vacuum pumps and associated support equipment. The individual will also assist with plumbing, HVAC repairs, welding/welding repairs and other related duties and tasks as required or assigned. Will be required to respond in a timely fashion to a variety of alarms to include equipment monitoring systems, HVAC alarms, IT system alarms, and all other related types of notifications. Qualifications Requires
