Account manager

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans for existing accounts, including regular reviews and meetings to ensure alignment with client goals.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to organizational standards.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, providing clear communication and resolving any issues promptly.
Generate and manage hiring requirements from existing clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of candidates to clients, maintaining a high level of quality and reducing the time-to-hire.
Follow up on submitted candidates and track progress, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
Oversee end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placement, to meet client requirements.
Set goals, monitor team performance, and drive improvements, using data and insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in client relationship building and management.
Strong understanding of the IT recruitment industry, including the latest trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
