We're now building our leasing team in-house across our Hudson River Gold Coast portfolio — approximately 1,500 residential units across Fort Lee, Edgewater, Hoboken, and Jersey City — and we're looking for people who love this market and want to grow with us.
The OpportunityThis is a ground-floor role on a team we're building from scratch. You'll have your own territory, a supportive team around you, and direct access to leadership. We're a smaller company with serious institutional backing — which means the work you do is visible and the growth opportunities are real.
CompensationBase salary: $50,000 – $55,000Per-lease commission + quarterly performance bonusesOn-target earnings (OTE): $80,000 – $85,000+

What We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or a customer-facing roleSomeone who genuinely xzbcwsv enjoys building relationships and helping people make decisionsOrganized and self-motivated — you stay on top of your pipeline and follow up consistentlyA strong communicator who listens well and adapts to different personalitiesComfortable with leasing software and CRM toolsNJ real estate license is a plus — if you don't have one, we'll help you get thereA real appreciation for the Hudson River waterfront and what makes it a special place to live
