The Team

The Marketing, Brand and Communications team is responsible for building Deloitte India’s brand eminence, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, and managing the internal and external communication activities that support the firm’s value proposition. The team is composed of brand guardians, public relations experts, event managers, graphic designers, video artists, digital mavericks, researchers, and copy writers.

The design team comprises in-house abundant line-up of visualizers, high-end designers, audio-visual experts and animators with industry experience and required skillset for high impact digital and print solutions.

Your Work Profile High proficiency and speed using various design tools Scheduling, tracking time and meeting delivery timelines Excellent tool knowledge Passion to grow as a designer by learning new concepts and acquiring new design skills Vendor management for outsourced design work Strong communication, articulation and documentation skills (written & verbal) Demonstrates ability to work independently on projects with limited supervision Design reports, brochures, communication material, event and campaign creatives as Powerpoint presentations, outlook emailers, word documents and various other design output formats (PDF, PNG, JPEG,..etc). Ideation and conceptualisation expected on all design projects to exceed benchmarks Create high quality graphics

Key Skills Required BFA. Hands on working with design applications like Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Acrobat reader, Dreamweaver
