Hiring: Site In charge/ O&M Engineer / Senior Technician – Solar Rooftop Project
Location: Bidadi, Bangalore, Karnataka
⚡ Project Size: 9 MW Rooftop Solar Project
Industry: Solar PV Operations & Maintenance
We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals for the position of Site Incharge/O&M Engineer / Senior Technician for our large-scale rooftop solar project in Bangalore. C Class Supervisor License of Karnataka is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operation and maintenance of rooftop solar plants
- Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Troubleshooting of inverters, SCBs, ACDB/DCDB, and related electrical systems
- Monitoring plant performance and ensuring maximum uptime
- Coordination with site teams and reporting activities
- Ensuring safety compliance at site
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in Solar O&M projects
- Mandatory: Karnataka Electrical Supervisor License
- Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to handle site operations independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MW-scale rooftop solar projects
- Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills
- Team handling capability
