We are seeking a Machine Operator Forming to join our manufacturing team in Tempe, Arizona. Our Tempe facility produces high-quality electrical fastening and support solutions that help connect and protect critical infrastructure around the world. In this role, you will operate and maintain Shuster forming equipment, perform machine setups, monitor production quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be part of a team that makes metal products used in data centers, hospitals, warehouses, and comme
