As a Medical-Surgical Orthopedic Trauma Registered Nurse, you provide evidence-based acute care to adult surgical and trauma patients on a night shift unit. You perform comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families. You document care accurately, support quality and safety initiatives, and help create a respectful, collaborative environment aligned with professional nursing standards.
