This on-site inpatient facility in North Dakota holds a Trauma Level IV designation and provides obstetric and gynecologic services to the regional patient population. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with 24-hour call coverage requirements.

North Dakota offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of regional attractions and outdoor recreational opportunities throughout the state. The area provides natural landscapes suited to activities such as hiking, fishing, and wildlife exploration, alongside community events and cultural destinations across the region. Clinicians will find varied options for leisure and exploration during time away from clinical duties.

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call assignments at an on-site Trauma Level IV facility in North Dakota, with coverage dates of December 24 - January 4. Clinical responsibilities include performing vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, bladder repairs, and D&C procedures, as well as rounding on patients, responding to deliveries, and attending to urgent cases presenting in the emergency room. Clinic hours are structured from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.
