Shell Project Manager / Superintendent Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Shell Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee field operations and project management activities for large-scale concrete shell construction projects . The ideal candidate will have strong experience with multifamily, condominium, hotel, or similar commercial/residential construction and be comfortable managing projects from pre-construction through completion. This is an on-site position in South Florida with responsibility for coordinating field activities, subcontractors, schedules, inspections, materials, safety, quality, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise day-to-day field operations for concrete shell construction projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and other project partners. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall progress. Coordinate inspections, permits, and required project documentation. Review plans, drawings, and specifications and coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams. Manage concrete, structural, framing, drywall, and related shell construction activities. Coordinate material deliveries, logistics, and expediting to keep projects on schedule. Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, progress updates, and other project documentation. Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety standards, plans, specifications, and quality requirements. Communicate regularly with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Assist with project planning, scheduling, procurement, and overall construction coordination. Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite environment. Qualifications 7+ years of construction management/superintendent experience , preferably with concrete shell construction. Strong hands-on experience with concrete, structural, shell, framing, and/or drywall construction . Experience with multifamily apartments, condominiums, hotels, or large-scale residential/commercial projects . Proven experience managing subcontractors and field crews. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, inspections, safety, quality control, and project documentation. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on schedule. Florida construction experience strongly preferred. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience as a Concrete Superintendent, Shell Superintendent, Shell Project Manager, Multifamily Superintendent, or Commercial Construction Superintendent are strongly encouraged to apply.
