Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, while owning day-to-day content calendars.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, conversations, cultural moments, formats and memes to identify fresh content opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, designers and other stakeholders to bring campaigns and content ideas to life.
• Develop content that is relevant to the platform , aligned with the brand and designed to drive meaningful engagement.
• Track and analyse social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, sentiment, audience growth and other relevant metrics.
• Support paid social campaigns through content development, amplification and performance tracking.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and continuously look for ways to make our brands more relevant, engaging and impossible to scroll past.

Who/what are we looking for?

• Has experience in Social-Media, Content, Digital Marketing or a similar role (Yes, Freshers can apply).
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging and platform-friendly content.
•  A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in the HR / Talent Beat will have an added advantage.
• A curious mind that constantly asks, “What else can we do?”
