Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently address customer concerns.

Develop in-depth knowledge of advertising products and services.

Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Generate reports on recurring customer concerns and provide actionable insights.

Share customer feedback to support service enhancements and future marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of customer support experience, preferably within the Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Media industry.

Japanese Language Proficiency (N1/N2 certification preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Experience using CRM platforms and customer support tools.
