Tech Lead - WebMethods Integration

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – WebMethods Integration to design, develop, support, and troubleshoot enterprise integration solutions using the webMethods Integration Suite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with webMethods, REST/SOAP APIs, SAP integrations, Oracle databases, Linux, Java services, and enterprise middleware.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with webMethods Integration Server 10.x.
• Experience with My webMethods Server (MWS) and webMethods Broker.
• Hands-on experience with webMethods Adapters, particularly JDBC and SAP.
• Experience with webMethods API Gateway.
• Experience with webMethods Trading Networks (EDI/TN).
• Experience with webMethods.io.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and Linux environments.
• Experience with Shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services and APIs.
• Experience developing SAP RFC integrations and custom Java services.
• Experience with SFTP, AS2, TLS/SSL certificates, and external partner integrations.
• Understanding of middleware integration patterns and API security.
• Experience with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using the webMethods suite.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services and APIs.
• Develop SAP RFC integrations and custom Java services.
• Analyze and troubleshoot webMethods flow services and integration issues.
• Troubleshoot applications by analyzing logs, heap dumps, thread dumps, and code.
• Perform debugging and performance tuning of integration services.
• Manage deployment activities, including package migrations, configuration updates, hotfixes, and patches.
• Support DR and HA environments and participate in disaster recovery drills.
• Configure and troubleshoot SFTP, AS2, TLS/SSL certificates, and external partner integrations.
• Implement API security best practices.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Support SOX audit activities and maintain required compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with application teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and project teams.
• Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
