Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly Cash Flow Statements.
• Prepare Financial Statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet, as per the Companies Act.
• Calculate, deposit, and file TDS, including quarterly TDS returns.
• Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B).
• Handle statutory compliance, including PT, PF, and ESI payments and return filings.
• Process monthly payroll workings.
• Prepare MIS reports for management.
• Manage vendor reconciliations using Tally ERP 9, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory.
• Maintain accounting records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports.
• Handle import and export payment documentation and related compliance.
• Coordinate Bank Guarantee (BG) and Demand Draft (DD) processing.
• Prepare and submit monthly stock statements to banks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA (Finance) or will be an added advantage.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance (or mention the required experience as applicable).
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience working in an Audit Firm.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and GST/TDS compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
