Vice President, Regulatory Filings Manager

Provide legal guidance on SEC filings, monitor regulatory developments, and advise clients on legislative issues affecting board meetings and regulatory decisions. Oversee filing compliance by coordinating with clients’ accounting firms and in-house counsel, while directing and developing teams. This role is based in Boston, MA, with four days in the office each week.
