Role Overview

We are looking for a Traditional Media Planner with 2–3 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. The role involves developing and executing effective media plans across TV, Print, Radio , ensuring campaigns deliver against brand and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop media plans across TV, Print, Radio based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Conduct audience, market and media research to identify relevant media opportunities.
• Prepare media recommendations, cost estimates, schedules and media spends.
• Coordinate with media vendors and buying teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign delivery, performance and spends, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Track market trends, media rates, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare campaign reports and post-campaign analysis with key learnings.
• Work closely with internal teams, clients and media partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in traditional/offline media planning.
• Strong understanding of TV, Print, Radio.
• Familiarity with media research, planning tools and campaign measurement.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
