Job Description - Drive Productivity, reduce rework and rejection using Lean Tools - Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls. - Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis - Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions. - Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics - Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM - Ensure compliance to ISO and Involvement in all QHSE activities including internal and external audits. - Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time - Involvement in BPS activities and coordinating and driving RPP projects Qualifications B.E Mechanical/Mechatronics with 3 - 6 years of experience.
