Location: Kochi, Kerala

GRID is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys turning ideas into thoughtfully designed spaces and can manage projects from concept to execution, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and presentation materials.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Assist in material selection and project coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit knowledge is an added advantage).
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
