Job Title: General Manager - Life SciencesLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Reports to: CEO North America
Company Overview: Global Leading OEM in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Cosmetic Packaging Equipment
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall leadership, strategy and performance of the Life Sciences DivisionPrepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and P&L accountabilityLead and oversee the sales organisation including key account management and channel partnersEnsure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP, ISO, CE, FDA, etc.)Oversee recruitment, training and succession planningEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through strong after-sales servive
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or related field (MBA preferred)10-15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical machinery and packagingStrong understanding of pharmaceutical filling technologiesIn depth knowledge of GMP and Pharmaceutical regulatory requirementsP&L management experience
