Job Title: Customer Support Associate – International Voice/ Chat & Inbound Sales
Location: Pune
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our International Voice, Chat & Inbound Sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to achieve sales targets (Inbound Sales).
Build rapport with customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate and Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduates with experience in International Voice, Chat, Customer Support, or Inbound Sales processes are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and convert customer opportunities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
Work Schedule
5-day work week
2 rotational weekly offs
Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
