Roles and Responsibilities Electrical Quality Engineering or a related discipline with at least 6 to 7 years of experience. Max 9 yrs Electromagnetic analysis experience with good working experience in manufacturing processes of motor, such as winding, coil welding process, IP Test qualification criteria & good understanding of motor functional testing, etc. Strong understanding of validating motor manufacturing processes with the aim of zero process rejection. Good Knowledge of motor child parts manufacturing processes, such as Rotor, stator & shaft assembly processes.
