Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer / Visual Artist to lead the creation of high-quality visual content across digital and social media platforms. The role combines strong design thinking with artistic expression to build a consistent and impactful brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

* Design compelling visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication

* Create engaging assets such as posts, ad creatives, and video thumbnails

* Translate ideas and concepts into visually strong storytelling outputs

* Collaborate with content and marketing teams for cohesive brand communication

* Maintain and evolve Campus Sutra's visual identity across platforms

Requirements

* Strong portfolio showcasing branding and social media work

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools

* Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Experience with AI tools and workflows would be a strong plus
