Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to develop new business opportunities in the US market. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and converting opportunities into business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients across the USA.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Contact decision-makers and introduce company services.
• Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospects.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the team.
• Negotiate with prospects and support the closing process.
• Maintain client and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with US clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development/sales preferred.
• Experience working with the US market is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working in US business hours/time zones .
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Note: Candidates with experience in selling RPO, recruitment, staffing, accounting, IT, or other B2B services will be considered an advantage, but specific industry experience is not mandatory.
