We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Process Industries

Masturlal Fabrichem is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Process Industries to take dedicated ownership of this vertical and drive its growth across India and international markets.

We already work across industrial filtration applications and are now looking for someone whose full focus will be to expand our presence across a wider range of process industries.

The role will cover sectors such as:

• Chemicals and specialty chemicals

• Fertilizers

• Carbon black

• Food and agro-processing

• Pulp & paper

• Glass and ceramics

• Minerals and other niche process industries

• EPCs, OEMs and air-pollution-control companies serving these sectors

The person joining us will be responsible for:

• Developing and growing existing customers

• Identifying new plants, accounts and applications

• Generating new inquiries and building a strong sales pipeline

• Building relationships with plant, maintenance, engineering and procurement teams

• Understanding customer operating conditions and filtration requirements

• Working closely with our technical team to develop the right solution

• Driving opportunities from initial discussion through technical and commercial closure

• Developing long-term business across the vertical

We are looking for someone with strong industrial B2B sales or business-development experience , preferably selling engineered products, process equipment, pollution-control systems, filtration products, industrial consumables or plant-maintenance solutions.

Experience across chemical, fertilizer, pharmaceutical or other process industries would be especially relevant.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically curious and commercially driven , with the ability to develop new accounts rather than simply manage an existing customer base.
