We're Hiring: Chief Sales Officer | SB Infowaves | Kolkata (On-site)

SB Infowaves is looking for an exceptional Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales function into its next chapter of growth.

This is a leadership mandate, not just a management role. We're looking for someone who can build and scale a high-performing sales organization, own revenue strategy end-to-end, and sit at the table as a true business partner to the founders/leadership team.

What you'll own:

• Define and execute the overall sales strategy and revenue roadmap
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
• Own the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing and account growth
• Set pricing, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with leadership
• Build repeatable, data-driven sales processes and a strong sales culture 
• Represent SB Infowaves in key client and partner relationships

What we're looking for:

✅ Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role (VP Sales / Head of Sales / CSO), ideally within SaaS or technology 

✅ Demonstrated success scaling revenue and building sales teams from the ground up 

✅ Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability 

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills 

✅ A builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
