Senior Site Manager - High-Rise

Senior Site Manager High-Rise Residential & Complex Envelope Delivery Luton | up to £70,000 We're recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a significant high-rise residential scheme in Luton. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll lead day-to-day site operations, manage Site Managers and subcontractors, and take responsibility for programme, quality, safety and delivery across both façade/envelope and internal works. What we're looking for: Proven Senior Site Manager experience delivering high-rise residential / HRB schemes. Strong understanding of façade/envelope packages AND internal construction works. Experience managing multi-storey sequencing, logistics and subcontractors. Good knowledge of Building Safety Act, BSR, QA and golden thread requirements. Strong leadership with a hands-on approach to site delivery. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. What's on offer: Up to £70,000 + package. Secured pipeline of high-rise residential projects.
