This is a full-time on-site role for an Asst. General Manager and Deputy General Manager at Casafy Realty LLP (Channel Partner Firm) for Bangalore Branch. The company is originally based in Mumbai. The manager must have existing team or must have skill to recruit the team. The manager will be responsible for driving business at Bangalore branch, developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, conducting market research, and closing sales deals. Role Overview

• Drive property sales and meet monthly revenue targets

• Consult and convert clients with personalized service

• Handle team and branch

• Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users

• Negotiate deals and advise clients on market trends and pricing

• Collaborate with our CRM team for seamless post-sales service

What We're Looking For

• 1–6 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Experience with HNI clients

• Positive attitude and hunger for success

• Own a bike with valid documents

Note: Real Estate channel partner experience is mandatory to qualify for the job.
