Overview

Our client is seeking a Servicing Advisor to take on an independent advisory role with significant responsibility for client management, and advanced financial planning. This is an opportunity for an experienced advisor who can independently manage complex client relationships, develop sophisticated financial strategies, and contribute to business growth while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage HNW client relationships and conduct annual and semi-annual reviews
• Model complex financial needs and develop comprehensive strategies
• Manage and retain an assigned book of clients
• Participate in prospect fit meetings and independently qualify new opportunities
• Oversee financial plan updates and client implementation
• Analyze investment portfolios and provide client-facing investment insights
• Advise on alternative investments and placement processes
• Assist with sophisticated estate planning strategies
• Develop client presentation materials and investment talking points
• Identify client needs and independently resolve complex issues
• Improve internal processes and reduce client friction
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a strong client experience
• This role does not require business development or prospecting

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive financial services experience
• Series 65 required
• CFP required
• Additional advanced designation such as CEPA, EA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• Strong financial planning and investment management expertise
• Experience independently managing complex client relationships
• Ability to mentor and lead junior team members
