Drilling Safety Manager: IIF Culture Champion

Aldridge Electric is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the Incident and Injury Free culture across our Drilling and Foundations teams. You will partner with operations to deliver safety initiatives, coach management, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

This role combines hands-on safety delivery with strategic program leadership. The ideal candidate has a degree in OSH, 3–5 years of construction safety experience, and a CSP/ASP/CHST/OHST/CUSP certificate.
