Glens Falls Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. CNAs will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene while monitoring comfort, safety, and changes in condition. You will work closely with nurses, therapists, and other team members to support individualized care plans and promote resident dignity and independence. This role offers opportunities to build strong relationships with residents and families, grow clinical skills, and contribute to a collaborative, resident-focused care environment.
