Product support specialist

Key Responsibilities

● Provide product support for HRMS platforms to clients and internal stakeholders.

● Understand and support end-to-end HRMS processes within the system.

● Analyze reported issues, replicate scenarios, and provide timely resolutions.

● Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex system or database-related issues.

● Assist customers through calls, emails, and support tickets with a customer-first

approach.

● Document common issues, solutions, and knowledge base articles.

● Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Applications, Business

Administration, or a related field.

● 1–4 years of experience in product support, preferably with HRMS platforms.

● Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and related HR operations.

● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

● Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

● Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries professionally.

● Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or

Zoho Recruit is a plus.

● Basic understanding of database queries and interpreting error logs (preferred).

Preferred Skills

● Exposure to ticketing tools or helpdesk systems.

● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client issues simultaneously.

● Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
